MONTEREALE RUGBY girone 3. <\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span>\r\n<span style=\"font-family: Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b>Il Giudice Sportivo Territoriale,<\/b> vista la comunicazione pervenuta  in data 26\/10\/2018 dalla societ\u00e0 <b>POL. MONTEREALE RUGBY codice 190153<\/b><b> <\/b>con la quale la stessa <b>RINUNCIAVA<\/b> all\u2019incontro in oggetto programmato, P.T.M. visti ed applicati gli articoli: 29\/1 lettera e) Reg. di Giustizia, art. 24 1\u00b0 comma e 25 lettera a) del Regolamento Attivit\u00e0 Sportiva; dichiara la societ\u00e0 <b>POL. MONTEREALE RUGBY <\/b> <b>RINUNCIATARIA E PERDENTE <\/b>omologando la gara con il risultato di 20-0 in favore della societ\u00e0 VENJULIA RUGBY TRIESTE. Considerato che trattasi della <u>TERZA volta<\/u> che la societ\u00e0 viene <u>dichiarata RINUNCIATARIA<\/u> visto ed applicato l\u2019articolo 29\/1 lettera f) del RdG <b>la ESCLUDE dal Campionato Under 18<\/b> per la stagione sportiva 2018-2019 e commina la sanzione pecuniaria di 250,00 euro. <span style=\"font-size: small;\"><b>Per motivi legati alla gestione del sistema informatico la classifica con l'esclusione della societ\u00e0 in oggetto verr\u00e0 aggiornata al prossimo comunicato campionato.<\/b><\/span><\/span><\/span>\r\n\r\n<span style=\"font-family: Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><u><b>DELIBERA GARA:UNDER 18 del 28\/10\/2018 FTGI PADOVA RUGBY ASD\/2\u2013RUGBY RIVIERA 1975 girone 6<\/b><\/u><\/span><\/span>\r\n<span style=\"font-family: Courier New, monospace;\"><span style=\"font-size: xx-small;\"><b>Il Giudice Sportivo Territoriale,<\/b> vista la comunicazione pervenuta  in data 26\/10\/2018 dalla societ\u00e0 <b>FTGI PADOVA R. ASD\/2 codice 643835<\/b><b> <\/b>con la quale la stessa <b>RINUNCIAVA<\/b> all\u2019incontro in oggetto programmato, P.T.M. visti ed applicati gli articoli: 29\/1 lettera e) Reg. di Giustizia, art. 24 1\u00b0 comma e 25 lettera a) del Regolamento Attivit\u00e0 Sportiva; dichiara la societ\u00e0 <b>FTGI PADOVA RUGBY ASD\/2 <\/b> <b>RINUNCIATARIA E PERDENTE <\/b>omologando la gara con il risultato di 0-20 in favore della societ\u00e0 RUGBY RIVIERA 1975. P.Q.M. visto ed applicato l'articolo 29\/1 lettera e) del Reg. di Giustizia la penalizza di quattro punti in classifica.
